Cooking Class

Participants engage in activities such as grating coconut to prepare fresh coconut milk, learning about local spices, and experiencing the unique process of making Swahili bread and snacks. The class emphasizes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking methods to create an authentic taste of Swahili cuisine. The overall experience lasts around 3-4 hours, including the spice garden tour, providing not only a cooking lesson but also insights into the cultural significance of food in Zanzibari traditions.
