PRISON ISLAND

Prison Island. a 30 minute boat ride off-shore of Stone Town, used to be the quarantine island for many travellers before it became home to the Glant Aldabra Tortoises Your Prison Island Tour includes entry to the island where you will learn about its history. have a chance to feed the giant tortoises and walk around the island to soak up it's trancquility. Here, you will be given the opportunity to take a dip in the sea before continuing your tour via boat to visit to the nearby sandbank, Nakupenda lsles, where you can snorkel and explore the local marine life.
